Rapid Conn Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd, established in mid 2001 and located in the Cheng Industry Park in Malacca, Malaysia was the first manufacturing site for the Group. A 27,000 sq ft production floor space, it is primarily dedicated to cable assembly lines. Standard cables such as USB, Flat Ribbon, and Serial ATA are produced as well as value-added and custom cables. Completely automated machines assemble the Flat Ribbon and Serial ATA products.

Rapid Conn Interconnect is a UL and ISO certified facility with currently 100 workers. Manufacturing capacity for over molded cable is currently 300k sets monthly and is expected to double by first quarter of 2005. The company provides excellent logistics and on time delivery for customers located on the Malaysian Peninsula and Singapore. Additionally, the company has development and manufacturing engineers that attend to any technical query from existing or potential customers.
