Microconn, with an area of 80,000 sq ft, located in Gong Ming, ShenZhen of Southern China is the major manufacturing facility for the Group. It is a vertically integrated facility that comprises:

• Horizontal Plastic Injection Molding
• Vertical Plastic Over Molding
• Cable Assembly
• Connector assembly
• Test and Evaluation Laboratory

With 12 product engineers, this subsidiary is responsible for product development and tooling design under the design direction and final qualification of Rapid Conn Inc R&D engineers.

Molds and Dies are fabricated on site in a fully equipped tooling shop.

With a direct work force of 450, this facility assembles an assortment of connectors such as Board to Board, FPC, USB, Audio Jack as well as various over molded cables such as USB, RCA, Video and Medical cables.

A Laboratory is well equipped to simulate mechanical, electrical, and environmental conditions to ensure product conformance. On site product and prototype evaluation accelerates the time to market and assures customer satisfaction.
