Rapid Conn Inc. has one of the industry's fastest and most accurate Ribbon Cable Termination machines called the AutoTerm. Our newest version is capable of terminating over 2200 connectors per hour.

Connectors can be spaced from .75 inches to 99 feet apart. We can make cables using .050, 1mm (.039) and .025 pitch ribbon cables.

The AutoTerm can terminate a wide range of connector types including, D-Subminiature, .100 IDC connectors, 2mm IDC connectors, Ultra ATA/100 and SCSI 3. Our SCSI 3 capabilities also include the high speed twist and flat type cables for reduced cross talk applications.

A full range of testing is available including, opens, shorts and hi-pot. We have machines located at our facilities in Malaysia and in China to provide local support.
